Caitlin Mathieson
Caitlin has over 12 years of experience in the Australian and Canadian open cut coal and oil sand. She worked in a range of design and planning roles in Australian coal before relocating to Canada. There she worked in long term planning roles before moving into projects as Development Lead on a revolutionary project to develop a new method for capping tailings dams. Caitlin is currently leading a client decarbonisation project.

Theco has over 15 years of experience in open cut mining. He has experience in coal, iron, oil and gas commodities. As a mining engineer, he is passionate about mine planning, ensuring the safe and efficient development of mines and minimising impacts on the surrounding environment with his technical knowledge and management skills. Theco has current S11 qualification and Coal Board Medical (QLD).

Jeremy Callaghan has over eleven years of experience in the Australian Coal and Gold surface mining. As Senior Mining Engineer, he has strong background in small contracting teams across open pit coal and hard rock gold operations. Proven ability as an engineer in drill and blast, mine planning, production and reporting. Skilled in technical supervision, implementing systems for site ramp-ups, mentoring and collaboration with supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.

Misbayanti gained her Bachelor of Engineering (Geological) degree from the University of Hasanudin, Indonesia, in 2000. She has 12 years experience in the mining industry, ranging from mine planning, mine geology and operational roles on-site and in support office environments.

Elisha gained her Bachelor of Science (S.Si) from Geology Study Program, Geosciences Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Indonesia, in 2021. She has over 3 years of experience in coal mining and nickel exploration. Recently served as a Pit Geologist, managing coal inventory, validating mining plans and monitoring production quality.

Fildzah Awanis gained her Bachelor of Geological Engineering (S.T) from Pertamina University, Indonesia in 2023. She has hands-on experience in both nickel and coal mining projects, as well as in accounting and administration roles within mining consultancy firms. She is currently working as Mine Engineer.
